Time is the most precious resource that you’ll ever have. And whilst some of us small business owners work ‘in’ our businesses for free - we shouldn’t. 

While you think you’re saving yourself money by not paying someone else, you’re actually losing money but not focussing ‘on’ your business. Time spent working ‘on’ your business is at least 10 times more valuable than any second you spend working ‘in’ your business.
