The team at Virago is growing & we need you! We’re looking for 3-4 Fulfilment Specialist. This is a new role.

About us: we’re a boutique fulfilment company located in Cheltenham. We’re all about brands, we live & breathe them – we even own them. We’re women-owned & women run. We’re hard-working, multi-tasking experts that have more than one side hustle including kids & dogs. We pack & send for some of Australia's biggest retail brands across a variety of industries.


- A self-starter and autonomous, knows what to do and when to do it.

- Meticulous attention to detail & loves to double / triple check.

- Extremely punctual that you’re a person who’s always early.

- Has great organisational skills & the ability to multi-task.

- Wants to grow with us & can see the value in a long term relationship.

- Ability to ask for help if required, but also able to problem solve.

- Great with structure & process, but also agile and flexible.

- A fabulous attitude & willingness to learn.

- Some experience with tech/apps is exciting.

- Loyalty and commitment as we will be relying on you.

- Previous retail experience is an advantage.

We have a role available Monday-Friday and coming Saturdays in our office hours.

The role includes:

  • Picking & packing orders.
  • Stocktake & inventory updating.
  • Management of stock levels – packaging.
  • Customer Service.
  • Cleaning & organisation of stock & space.
  • Assembly of packaging or boxing products.
  • Accepting shipments & unloading.
  • Managing couriers & pickups.

This would ideally suit someone who is looking to grow with the role. We’re willing to work within school hours - but some 8am (or early) starts required. As we grow, so will the hours & offering.
